Already thinking of a OnePlus 3 Mini? Kill such thoughts
We are pretty sure that some of you here would have surely heard the rumours of an alleged device which was believed to be the OnePlus 3 Mini surfacing on GFXBench. This device literally packed all of the specs of the bigger OnePlus 3 device and it only sounded logical at the time that this manufacturer was willing to consider a market with needs for a high end device at a lesser price. Well, right now, that bubble has been burst and we should not expect any mini device to launch soon, or at least, not according to that leak suggested.
On twitter, the co-founder of the OnePlus company tweeted an emphatic “no” and followed up the tweet with a hashtag that read #rumorshutdown. So far, the only way we could have interpreted this is to sense that we are getting no mini device and what we have seen on GFXBench is just a listing for another smartphone.
If reverse had been the case, we would have been expecting a OnePlus 3 mini that has 4.6 screen inches and uses a QUALCOMM snapdragon 820 processor. The device would also run on 6GB of RAM like the bigger version and have a camera that that is set at 16MP/8MP, combined with an internal storage space of 64GB.
