Another LG G3 variant, LG G3 A, breaks cover in South Korea
LG has introduced yet another iteration of it’s G3 smartphone. The new smartphone is a stripped-down version of the flagship and it comes at a much cheaper cost too.
The LG G3 A is confined to South Korea for now, made exclusively for SK Telecom and the carrier’s subsidiaries. The device comes with a 5.2″ screen which has a Full HD resolution.
Powering the LG G3 A is a Snapdragon 800 chipset, alongside 2GB of RAM and Adreno 330 picture processor. The CPU is four cores of Krait 400 tuned at 2.26GHz.
The smartphone comes with a 2.1MP secondary camera and a 13MP main camera, complete with laser focus, optical image stabilization, a dual LED flash and the rest.
The G3 A is supplied current by a Li-Ion 2610mAh battery which is user-removable. Pricing for the smartphone is set at 704,000 Korean won which translates to roughly $690 at the current exchange rates.
