Asus Zenfone 2 lands in Malaysia decked with massive 4GB RAM
Taiwanese phone producer Asus has launched their much-coveted Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) in neighboring Asian country Malaysia.
While the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML needs no introduction, let’s just say it’s the first smartphone with a whooping 4 gigabytes of random access memory, RAM. The product has hit the shelves in Malay sporting a price tag of RM1,299 (about $362).
Other main features of the handset include a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS touchscreen, 64GB of storage, 13-megapixel primary and 5-megapixel secondary camera duo, a 2.3GHz quad-core CPU and Intel Atom Z3580 SoC. The Zenfone 2 taps current from a 3,000mAh battery.
Meanwhile, three other variants of the handset were made available in the country. The second variant, which also carries model number ZE551ML, is priced at RM899 ($250), while the ZE550ML and ZE500CL will set you back RM749 ($209) and RM599 ($167) respectively.
