Bezeless ZTE Nubia Z9 to be unveiled May 6, pricing revealed
As the era of 2.5D glass smartphones is set upon us — thanks to Samsung and their Galaxy S6 edge (not forgetting the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, also) — the battle for who will produce the first commercially available bezeless smartphone from China is thrown between ZTE and Oppo. One is a new tech start while the former is a veteran.
So, if you are wondering whose name will it be, it looks like ZTE is all set to kick off with their bezeless phone first as the ZTE Nubia Z9 — pictured with 2.5D glass and having no side bezels — is going to be officially announced on 6th May (Wednesday).
Ask for the price. The ZTE Nubia Z9, according to pre-sale listings by China’s JD.com, will cost an estimated $690 when CNY 4,299 (the price on the sales page) is converted using the latest exchange rates.
It’s a matter of a few hours before the real thing gets unveiled. Stay tuned with Bestmobs as we bring you all the detailed updates on the launching of the Nubia Z9.
