Blackberry releases beta update to select Priv customers
Blackberry has already started the rollout of a new update to its smartphones and while this one is not the full stuff, the beta program would just be available to a select few people.
Pushing out the update to their Priv smartphone, the only people that would be getting it in the United states are those who have their Priv smartphone carried on the AT&T network and elsewhere, it would be rolling out in Canada also to all smartphones carried in the country and lastly, on AsiaPac smartphones.
The update contains a security patch in it that takes the security settings on the smartphone to as far as 6th September but asides that, we do not see any other thing that this new one brings. This update would only be available to you if you meet the conditions of carrier and region as stated above and also, you have to be signed up to the beta programme. When the update finally lands, you would be seeing it as AAG202 for the AT&T subscribers and AAG191 for other users.
