Deal alert: 5″ TCL 3S M3G with Snapdragon 615 SoC retails for $140
TCL might not be so popular in the mobile scene and that’s because the company chose to play an underground OEM role to French phone maker Alcatel as well as other mobile phone vendors. So you see, the TCL brand isn’t very recognized even though their products are everywhere in the market bearing other companies’ names.
Known for making affordable devices, TCL’s new 3S M3G is a pure steal at only $139.99. Powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC, the smartphone readily delivers LTE support on a 5-inch touchscreen with 1080p resolution. Under the hood, you’ll find 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage alongside an octa-core CPU and Adreno 405 graphics.
TCL 3S M3G boots on Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. The rear camera holds a Sony-made 13-megapixel sensor aided by a bright LED flash. On the flip side, you’ll get an ample 8-megapixel secondary camera for taking selfies.
A 3050mAh non-removable battery supplies current within the device. There’s Bluetooth 4.0, a dual micro SIM slot, GPS, Wi-Fi and this thing called “eyeprint identification” — a feature that lets you wake up the smartphone using eye gestures. The 3S M3G is currently on pre-order at Gearbest (check out the source link) and the e-commerce site promises to start shipping by 10th July.
