Doogee F3 variant with 2GB RAM slated for August, 3GB model arrives September
Despite knowing them as your “normal” Chinese OEM, Doogee‘s upcoming F3 smartphone has been popular in the news stands lately. That’s because reports anticipate the handset with a lot of excitement following the announcement of its specs and pricing by a leak a few weeks ago.
This morning, BestMobs got in contact with an insider at the tech company and it was revealed to us that the basic version of the handset — which comes with only 2GB of RAM — will be released in August at $150; while the hybrid version, decked with a 3GB RAM, is scheduled to arrive in September. However, our source did not tell us anything about the 4GB model (which is also in tow) or confirm the price of the 3GB version.
Apart from the memory, all the versions of the Doogee F3 share similar specifications and features except that the 2GB RAM model comes with a 5-inch 720p display while the superior variants empoly the services of a 1080p resolution instead.
The handsets share 16GB of storage, MediaTek MT6753 chipset, 13-megapixel camera, and will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS by default. The 2GB RAM model comes with 6.5 mm thinness and houses a 2200mAh battery.
