Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ outed in press renders
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ are two of the most anticipated Android flagships right now. Both phones are billed to get officially announced at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event on August 13.
Before their official unveiling, a torrent of leaked photos has never ceased to stop filing out unto the Internet. Today, we laid our hands on the clearest of the images which features the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (left) and the Galaxy S6 Edge+ (right) in clean press renders.
The Note 5’s stylus is seen having a button which its function hasn’t been revealed to us. Earlier reports suggested that the stylus compartment will feature mechanized control whereby the pen could be summoned out using a gesture or voice command. At some point, another set of reports disbanded the story.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected to pack a 5.7″ Full HD touchscreen display, an Exynos 7422 octa-core CPU, 4GB of RAM and 16-megapixel OIS camera. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, inspired by the smaller Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, will feature an Exynos 7422 CPU and 4GB of RAM but will not sport a stylus pen like the Note 5.
On August 13, the phones are expected to be joined on stage by a new Samsung smartwatch called the Samsung Gear A.
