Google’s Tango Project phone, the Lenovo Phab 2, to see the US markets soon
It was just last month when we brought you the news that Lenovo might be planning the release of a new device and this one would be coming directly from them, not some sub-brand that they have managed to acquire and build to a steady state over the years.
This new one is supposed to be a phablet and so good is the kind of info that we have no it already that we know it would be named the Phab 2 Pro as at the time of launch, going on to become the first device what would debut what Google means by the Project Tango.
For those that don’t know what Tango is all about, it is an experimental technology that Google wants to use to make sure that a device can know its own location in 3D with the aid of infrared sensors.
Right now, the device has started to show up on the official website of the Lenovo brand in the US and under this listing is the promise that it is coming here soon, as soon as the first of November.
While the device was originally supposed to launch on the US sometimes around the summer, they had to push back this launch due to some unforeseen circumstances and while they have already to get it to sell in the Asian region where they launch most of their devices, the US would be happy to get it soon too.
