HTC U11 Joins List Of Phones To Support Android 8’s Bluetooth 5.0
Fresh reports has indicated that Google may be releasing the upcoming Android 8 OS sooner than expected.
However, ahead of the official release of the latest OS, Google has been hinted to be bringing an integration of the Bluetooth 5.0 Connectivity option along with the OS for certain devices.
The Android 8.0 OS is expected to hit the market bringing with it a bunch of cool features.
Taiwanese smartphone company, HTC, has however revealed that it will be bringing the latest OS along with the Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity option on the U11 flagship device.
The Taiwanese company confirmed this on its blog stating that the Android 8.0 will soon be made available for all users of the smartphones.
However, only a few smartphones in the market will be able to support the new Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Such smartphones will include the recently launched devices including the recently launched OnePlus 5, Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Xiamomi Mi 6 and from the recent confirmation, the HTC U11.
