HTC yet to commence second roll-out of Nougat to HTC 10 in Europe
Earlier in the month, HTC set the ball rolling for the upgrade of everyone using the HTC 10 from their Marshmallow 6.0 to the blessed Nougat 7.0. When that plan kicked off, it was going on smoothly until users started to notice some bugs and for that, HTC had to halt the updates again.

After some hours in the labs again, they seemed to have fixed the problem and then resumed the update earlier this week. However, this update can only still be accessed by the people in the UK as the European side are still yet to get the new launch.
According to HTC themselves, the halt is due to some technical reasons which they have failed to speak explicitly of. According to the Products and Services Director for HTC in the EMEA region, Graham Wheeler, the issue is to be fixed sometimes next month, even though a sure date is not yet disclosed.
Asides from those in the UK, users of the HTC 10 in Russia, Middle East and Turkey are still getting update notifications.
