Huawei Honor 7 is truly packing a whopping 4GB of RAM
Huawei’s upcoming Honor 7 has been in the rumor mills for a while. The July-bound Huawei flagship is reportedly going to arrive in two models — one with 3GB of RAM and 16GB storage while a stronger variant packs 4GB memory and 64GB storing capacity.
According to Gizmochina, the more spec’d model is scheduled to hit the shelves next month with a CNY 2,499 to 2,699 (~$400 to $435) price tag. The slower model will launch at some point this month costing CNY 1,999 or ($320).
In the news today, a screenshot taken from the higher end Huawei Honor 7 confirms the device actually has 4GB of RAM. The picture also details a Huawei-made Kirin 935 64-bit chipset and 64GB storage on the device. Both models will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and will pack 1080p displays. While their screen size will measure an identical 5 inches, the new leak didn’t make note of that.
