Huawei Watch goes on sale in Europe, costs €399
Huawei’s round-faced smartwatch can be preordered in Europe right now as we speak. The Android Wear-powered wearable is available on presale in certain countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Switzerland but if you live in the United Kingdom or other parts of Europe that weren’t mentioned, you might have to wait a little bit more before the said commodity starts retailing in your country.
At Huawei’s official estore, vMall, the Watch costs €399 (CHF 399 in Switzerland) for the black model that comes with a leather strap. The all chain variant attracts a fee of €449 or CHF 449 for Switzerland buyers. The company says it will start shipping in “2 to 3 weeks.”
In terms of features, the Watch supports iOS as well as Android devices and comes with a circular 1.4″ AMOLED display with 400 x 400 pixels of resolution. Under the 11.3 mm thick chassis, you’ll find 0.5GB of RAM, 4GB of storage and 300mAh battery.
Huawei has promised to release the smartwatch in other markets as time goes on.
