iPhone 7 joins the league of the Note 7, explodes in user’s jeep
A surfer took his phone to the beach and in a bid to get into the action himself, left the device in the back pocket of one of his pants and neatly placed this inside his jeep. When he did come back thigh, he only met charred remains of the phone itself and a lot of fire damage that had been done to his vehicle also.
Now, does this one ring a bell in any of our minds? If you have thought of the Galaxy Note 7 from Samsung, you would have been wrong because they have already initiated a recall and anyone that still has theirs get them an explosion would be to blame for the troubles.
Instead, the culprit here is an iPhone 7 unit and with there having been a few cases of this brand of device exploding already, we might just need a few cases more before they find themselves in the same boat as the management of Samsung.
Apple, in their own part, have learnt of the incident and they have started to investigate in what could have caused the smartphone to ignite. We would be standing by for more info.
