Kodak Ektra announced in October goes live for sale in Europe
Kodak is best known for their exploits in the world of photography but for a while now, they have been delving into the world of smartphones and they have some devices to their name already too. In the most recent of news, they have now announced a new one and this one they have called Ektra, which would be run on the Android platform – little surprise since that was what the predecessors have also used. The phone had been unveiled as far back as the month of October and we have been expecting it to go on for sales since then, finally see this happen now and in the European markets too.
If you would like to have one, the device is listed on both Amazon and the official store of the company for a price of €499 which translates to about $525 in the United States. Going in for the specs, this device carries 3GB of RAM paired with 32GB internal storage space, drawing power from the 3000mAh battery on board. As per the camera, there is a 21MP camera on the back of the device and a 13MP shooter up front which we believe would be amazing given that this is Kodak’s department.
For now, we expect it to launch in the US early next year as there is no news to this availability yet.
