Leak: Huawei Mate 8 to feature metal build and fingerprint scanner
The Huawei Mate 8 on which the Chinese phone manufacturer themselves have managed to keep a tight lid on has become the victim of frequent leaks just less than a month to its eventual release now. Being poised to be a great device and the latest flagbearer for the Huawei brand, the Huawei Mate 8 has seen another leak which has given us a sneak peek into what should be expected as regards the features of this device.
The Huawei Mate 8 has been earlier reported to come with the newest processor that Huawei itself has been working on, the Kirin 950, which is top-of-the-shelf technology by the way. Also, we are teased to have a 20MP camera sensor on this piece which is an improvement over the 13MP that the Mate 7 gave to us.
Recent pictures in the leak has now suggested that we could be in for a metallic build from the Mate 8 and that’s not all as a round fingerprint sensor is also bound to come with the device, so round that it fits with the shape of the camera sensor.
Like we said, nothing can be confirmed now. We would just have to wait for the 26th of November.
