Lenovo Vibe X2 sold out on Flipkart within 24 hours
Lenovo is thanking their Indian customers for the “overwhelming” support to their Vibe X2 smartphone. The product was listed on the country’s leading T-mall, Flipkart, for Rs. 19,999 on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon, users who visited the e-commerce site to make a purchase were surprised to be greeted with the “out of stock” message.
Lenovo said the number of Vibe X2 units it placed on the initial sale was 10,000, and from the look of things, similar sales like this one will be organized in the future.
“The Vibe X2 has seen a tremendous response on Flipkart. This showcases not only our capabilities as an e-commerce partner but also the ability to attract a world-class brand to sell a flagship product exclusively on Flipkart,”the online shopping website’s leader,Michael Adnani, confirmed.
“The kind of response Vibe X2 has been getting in India is overwhelming. The X2 layered design is a unique proposition from Lenovo and we are happy that consumers are appreciating the innovations that we are bringing to the Indian smartphone market,” a spokesman for Lenovo contributed.
