LG-made Google Nexus 5X full specs leaked
The duo of Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P smartphones are getting launched today. While we’ve come across leaked press material where the specs and features of Nexus 6P were detailed, the Nexus 5X got its fair share of the leak treatment today just as it’s barely few hours to the official announcement(better late than never).
A lot of disappointments were noticed in the leaked Nexus 5X specs sheet. For example, rumors were counting on a Quad HD (1440p) display and 3GB RAM but it appears that only the Nexus 6P will get such treatment while the 5X goes with a smaller FHD (1080p) resolution and 2GB of RAM.
The full display properties were given as 5.2 inches physical size and 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution, summing to a pixel density score of 424 PPI. The Nexus 5X will feature a 12.3-megapixel camera with f/2.0 and 4K video recording but there’s no mention of optical image stabilization anywhere on the alleged spec table. The phone is armed with a 5-megapixel front facing camera for taking of selfies.
Powering the unannounced smartphone is a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The handset will come with 16GB or 32GB of storage depending on the option you want to buy. There’s no mention of the battery size but the presence of a fingerprint sensor and USB type-C connector were acknowledged.
It’s a few hours countdown to the launch of Google’s next generation Nexus phones, stay tuned with BestMobs as we bring you all the detailed updates live to your screen.
