More LG Nexus 5X pictures surface
September 29th is the day it’s all going down. Google will launch the trio of a 5″ LG made Nexus smartphone, another 6” one from Chinese phone maker Huawei, and finally, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
While Huawei is able to keep their upcoming Nexus device under the sheets even as we speak, the 5-inch device from LG — allegedly named LG Nexus 5X — has been repeatedly seen from unofficial sources on several occassions.
Another “insider” posted alleged pictures of the LG handset today.
From what we’ve seen, the 2015 LG Nexus will be covered in plastic and will feature a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. Keep in mind that Android 6.0 is bringing along native support for fingerprint as one of its key features so the presence of sensors on both Nexus smartphones tend to be mandatory.
Information on the handset’s specifications revealed to us suggests that the smartphone will be sporting a 5.2″ 1080p touchscreen, Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, 12MP camera, 5MP front facing camera and front facing loudspeakers. Naturally, the device will be booting Android Marshmallow right out of the box.
