Nokia 130 Dual SIM begins selling in India at INR 1,848
Microsoft India has announced the flagging off of sales of what appears to be the last feature phone by Nokia. Before then, the Nokia 130 has already gone on sale in Nigeria and China weeks ago.
The Nokia 130 Dual SIM is a tiny feature phone with a bright torchlight, a befitting 1.8″ TFT screen, microSD card slot, FM radio and 1020mAh battery which can last a plentiful number of days of rugged usage.
In India, the phone goes for 1,848 rupees, which roughly translates to $30 US dollars, making it one of the most affordable mobile phones in the market.
You won’t get to see more devices like this from Nokia in the future as Microsoft has announced plans of scrapping the feature phones segment of Nokia Devices & Services which it acquired earlier this year for $7.2 billion.
