Nougat 7.0 to have scheduled rollouts of “maintenance updates”
We have been getting all the excitement from the recent announcement of the latest Google software that would be running on the Android smartphone – the Google Nougat 7.0 – and so far, we have only been seeing things that we have already seen before. The thing is that Google let us see most of the hand that they would be offering when they gave up the Developer Previews of the Android Nougat, even up to the fifth one, and for that this Nougat doesn’t look so new to us.
However, the developer included something in their announcement that a lot of us failed to notice as fast as we were supposed to. What the update announcement also made mention of is that the Nougat would be getting its updates regularly and efficiently, and these updates would be maintenance updates which would be rolling out to the smartphone over the coming quarters.
Although the software is in its finished state for now, the developers of the software are still looking to add some kinks to the already developed platform to make everything better, neater and smoother.
