OnePlus 2 design leaked, said to sport a 5.5-incher
The much-anticipated OnePlus 2 will go official in late July at a “VR” event where OnePlus is also unveiling their paper box machine called Cardboard VR. However, not much is known about the design of the 2015 successor of the “flagship killer” OnePlus One until now.
OnePlus announced that the 2 will feature a microUSB type C connector, and you must have heard that if you’ve been staying tuned to tech trends in the past couple of weeks. The company, however, didn’t state whether a second, “normal” microUSB type B will also be present on the device.
Nevertheless, we go the info we wanted. There’s no second USB port on the handset, a type C slot positioned under the phone was seen in place from a sketched diagram of the upcoming smartphone that was leaked on Saturday.
According to the tipstar, @KJuma — who posted the image on China’s Weibo social network, the OnePlus 2 will feature a display which measures anywhere between 5.5 inches and 5.7 inches. An earlier rumored Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC wasn’t confirmed or denied by the source either.
