Oppo R8207 finds it’s way to TEENA as release date draws near
Oppo Mobiles, our unofficial title holder of the world’s thinnest smartphone title, who got crowned for their effort in a 3.95mm-thin product they made earlier this month, has another device rolled up in it’s sleeves right now.
While the Oppo R8207 — who’s records we found at TEENA — might not be expected to break records and win awards, the smartphone itself is a decent mid ranger with looks like the company’s wafter-thin Oppo R5.
According to TEENA who recently cleared the device for electronic regulation standards, the R8207 is having a 5-inch TFT 720p display, 2GB of memory, 16GB of native storage with a microSD card slot to back up for more space (up to 128GB), a 13-megapixel camera, 5MP front-facing camera and an octa-core processor clocked at a 1.5GHz.
There’s no specific date for the release of this smartphone but when a device is sent for approval at TEENA, it usually means the company involved is ready to release the product.
