Reports indicate that the Samsung Galaxy S8 might get a variant on launch
Like most of our rumours these days, we are getting a new one out of China and it seems that this new one would be placing its focus on the Samsung Galaxy S8, telling us that the new flagship from the stables of Samsung would not be offered in just one variants but two different ones and these were also explained in detail. Take into consideration the fact that this is just a rumour and not official yet so it might turn out to be a lie in the end.
Starting from the base of the rumour, the most distinctive feature that would separate the devices would be screen as one would have a 5.1 inch front panel while the other would be built with 5.5 inch of screen and foot the latter, there is a promise of dual rear camera setups.
For the chipsets that would run inside the device, it seems that both the base variant and premium version would be served the same meal of the QUALCOMM snapdragon 820 chipset and as well, some others in other market would run the Exynos 8895 chipset instead.
All in all, one of the major changes that we might see is the replacement of the Voice S with Viv AI assistant, developed by Viv Labs.
