Rumor: ZTE in the works for a ZTE Axon 7 Mini
The latest flagship device in the smartphone line-up of ZTE, the Axon 7, has already been announced and is even being pre-ordered in the United States now with willing buyers required to part with a sum of $399 should they want the device. With this one currently floating around for the high end users after meeting nearly all flagship requirements for the year 2016, there might yet be good news for middle and entry level users as there is a rumour of a ZTE Axon 7 mini in the making, being a toned down version of the former and better helping the brand to cover the entire android market.
From the new leaks, we can make out that the device should be built with a 5.2-inch screen and have a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. We should tell you at this point that this seems to be the only significant difference, although there are some others.
Behind the display, there is a QUALCOMM snapdragon 617 chipset running the affairs of the phone and a CPU of 3GB RAM. The internal storage memory would be set at 32GB and there is the option of expansion with a micro SD card slot on board. There is also a 16MP camera on the back and the front is adorned by an 8MP snapper. Running the android 6.0 marshmallow out of the box likewise, the battery is expected to carry a total power of 2705mAh.
