Samsung Galaxy A3, A5 and A7 sequels are already on the way
Two unannounced Samsung handsets were put to the benchmark test and from their model numbers, it is relatively safe to suggest that these unannounced devices are the sequels to the release of the Samsung Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A7. There are also the rumors that a possible sequel to the Samsung Galaxy A5 device is also on its way too.
Having the model numbers of SM-A310 and SM-A710, these devices follow the normal naming convention with which Samsung christens its model numbers which later translate to be the device’s name and as such, the assumptions seem to be safe.
From the benchmark test for these couple of devices, some specifications can be drawn. For the SM-A310, the device is billed to come with 4.7 inch of display and run on Samsung’s own Exynos 7580 chipset. There’s to be 1.5GB of RAM, a 16GB internal memory and as well, a quad-core CPU clocking at a frequency of 1.5GHz. Running on the Android Lollipop 5.1.1, there’s a 13MP camera behind and a 5MP shooter in front.
The SM-A710 on the other hand has a 5.5 inch screen to itself and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset. The camera specs are the same as the SM-A310 at 13MP/5MP and the CPU comes in at 3GB of RAM, running on an octa-core frequency of 1.5GHz
A listing on an Indian website as regards the SM-A510F has leaked the Samsung Galaxy A5 (possibly) to be coming with a 5.2 inch screen.
Samsung is yet to issue any statement on these devices and as such, a release date would only be in our dreams.
