Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 pre orders go live in the United States
Samsung Electronics’ latest tablets, the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and 9.7, have gone underway in the United States today. While you can place reservations for the two tablets, Samsung says that you can only have your shipment done from September 3.
In terms of pricing, the Wi-Fi-only Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 with 32GB of storage is priced at $399.99 while its counterpart in the 9.7-inch section has a price tag of $499.99. To purchase SIM-enabled LTE models of the slates, Samsung is offering those via the big four US carriers namely Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 devices were unveiled last month sporting 1536 x 2048 pixels touchscreens, 3GB of RAM, octa-core CPUs and were running on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
