Samsung rolls out July updates to the Galaxy J5, Galaxy J5(2016) and S3 Neo
Samsung is currently very busy with the launch of their Galaxy Note 7 and they are torn between handling preorders, getting the device ready for the market and getting it set for shipping. Even though they have these major priorities though, they have not shied away from their responsibilities as the manufacturer is now rolling our updates to some of their smartphones.
The updates carry the July security patches with them and it is currently being rolled out to the likes of the Galaxy J5, Galaxy J5 (2016) and the Galaxy S3 Neo. The update is currently going out to the users of these devices in Europe and to get it, you would need to have data of about 90MB.
For those of you that might be expecting additional features or fixes to be brought to your device with this update, now is the best time to retire such thoughts because it definitely brings nothing else on board. As with OTA updates, it might take a while to get your own and if you are still impatient, just go over to Settings and manually check for updates.
