Sony G3121 and G3112 leaks again out of China, suggests SoC and release date
Back in the month of October, we spotted two Sony devices in the unlikeliest of places – on the website of a Russian regulatory body – and with both of the devices spotted carrying weird names or model numbers as the case may be, that was, sadly, the only piece of information that was released in that report. Now, they have found a way to crawl back into the news and the units named G3121 and G3112 are now believed to be coming out with a QUALCOMM snapdragon 820 chipsets at the heart of operations.
This new report comes out of China and a closer look at the model numbers stated above would suggest that they would be the same line of device, only existing as variants to one another.
The rumour also goes on to state that the devices would carry 5.2 inches and 5.5 inches of screen respectively and would be made official at the CES event in 2017. We advise that you take all of these with a pinch of salt as there has been no official word on them till now.
