Sony rolls out security patches to the Xperia C4 and Xperia X Compact
Sony has started to roll out a new update to two of its devices and these ones are none other than the Xperia C4 and Xperia X Compact. Both of these are having an update roll out to them and these ones carry the Android security update for different months on both of the devices and as well, other performance related features too.
For the Xperia X Compact, the update which carries a firmware build of 34.1.A.3.22 brings with it the Android security patch for the month of September.
Looking the other way, the Xperia C4’s update brings with t a firmware build of 27.3.A.0.129 for the single SIM model of the devices and for those that are carrying double SIMs instead, they would be getting their with a number of 27.3.B.0.129 instead.
Unlike the one reported earlier, the update hitting the C4 variants would bring the device up to speed in terms of security till as much as July.
