Specifications for the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Pro 4 leaks from GeekBench
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 is one of the smartphones yet to be announced by the Asian OEM and today, we spotted some of the specifications of the device on GeekBench. From what we could see, the upcoming and yet to be named device would run with a QUALCOMM snapdragon 625 and this translates to finding an octa core CPU beneath the wraps.
From what we have known, the 625 chipset does handle its own very well when it comes to battery management and consumption. From the test on GeekBench, one other thing we made out is the 3GB RAM CPU that the smartphone would be coming with.
As a comparison to establish the improvements, the Xiaomi Redmi 3 which came to be in January uses 2GB of RAM instead and had a 5-inch screen, finished with its strong battery rated at 4100mAh.
Expected to launch before the year ends, GeekBench also shows that there would be the Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 on the device straight from the box.
