TEENA lists metal-clad Samsung Galaxy A7
Before then, we’ve seen the Samsung Galaxy A7 at United States’ Federal Communications Commission where it has gone to seek approval, same process it arrived China’s TEENA to do this week. Specifications listed along in the TEENA entry interestingly rhymes with what we’ve previously heard about the Galaxy A7.
TEENA lists the Samsung Galaxy A7 as measuring an uber-thin 150.9 x 75.9 x 6.3 mm while tipping the scale at 133 grams. There’s a 5.5-inch 1080p display which we heard is Super AMOLED alongside 2GB of RAM paired with a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset and 1.5GHz octa-core CPU.
The smartphone uses a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 5MP front-facer. The 16GB in-built storage is likely to be expandable while the phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 is highly likely to break cover before the end of December 2014 following it’s recent approvals. However, there’s no word on when the device will actually get unveiled.
