TENAA certifies HTC One A9 lookalike, HTC One X9
Handset manufacturers HTC has been in the rumours of late as regarding gearing up on production of yet another metal clad smartphone which is expected to launch sometime around then first quarter of 2016, just recently the rumours seem to have been confirmed as the HTC One X9 passed through TENAA a Chinese certification authority which gives fans and tech savvy people a peek at the design and features of the smartphone.
The smartphone which as already stated is metal clad seem to feature an HTC One A9 similar design language but appearing to be slightly bigger when compared in terms of size. Other specifications appearing on the certification authority include a 5.5-inch display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and powered by an Octa-core unnamed processor clocked at a speed of 2.2GHz backed up by a RAM size of 2GB and a 16GB internal storage capacity.
The expected smartphone runs on the out-of-the-box Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera for the selfie lovers. The smartphone also comes with support for microSD card.
It is essential to note that the specifications listed are however subject to change as deemed fit by the company. Availability, pricing and official launch date of the smartphone has not been released by the Taiwanese smartphone company yet.
