The Honor 8 to partner with Deezer and launch in the US
The Huawei sub brand has launched the Honor 8 smartphone and while this device is already on sale for the Chinese in their own smartphone markets, it is now expected to come to the US also. The introduction to the US market would be done via an official event that would take place on the 16th of August in San Francesca.
Before we have any details as to the price of the device though, Honor has made it a point of call to announce that they would be making the device one for music lovers as they are already linking up with Deezer to optimise the smartphone for music.
We don’t know what this partnership would bring out but we do know that owners of the Honor 8 would have access to a ton of free music. Using the Kirin 950 chipset, Honor 8 uses a 4GB of RAM CPU and has its internal storage space set at 64GB. Powered by a 3000mAh battery, there’s an 8MP camera in front and the back has both a 12MP camera and a fingerprint sensor. Overall, it would run the Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box.
