Unannounced Meizu MX4 Pro sighted with beastly specs
Hide the women and children because Meizu is at it again. Last time the Chinese company had a phone with a whooping 128GB of storage and this time, the phone maker is breaking spec barriers with this monstrous device whose spec sheet was outed on Weibo.
What happened to 3GB RAM on smartphones? In fact, what happened to those days when our “high end” computers had 256MB of RAM and we were equally satisfied?
Welcome, the Meizu MX4 Pro, a device that has 4GB of RAM and a 13MP front-facing camera. Let’s not forget that Meizu recently unveiled a well-spec’d Meizu MX4 about a week ago, so this “Pro” model is on an overkill job to what the MX4 offers.
The MX4 Pro will be having a 5.4″ display at 2560 x 1536 pixels resolution while it’s body measures only 143 x 74.1 x 7.9 mm — the LG G3 with it’s needle-thin bezels measures 146.3 by 74.6 mm, so it’s pointless to say this Meizu is turning out to be one sleek beast.
Other specs for the upcoming phone include a 20.7MP main camera probably made by Sony (the secondary camera is 13MP), a Cortex-A15/A7 CPU setup which points at a Samsung Exynos 5430 chipset, and…what else? The storage is in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB variations, though it’s much likely there won’t be any space for a microSD card slot.
Not being so bright in Chinese, the amount of info we got from the above is limited to the above. Information on when this MX4 Pro smartphone will break cover is still unknown, however, a date within this month of September shouldn’t be a bad guess.
