Upcoming ZTE Axon Max 2’s spec leaks via GFXBench
Axon smartphones are rarely launched, and when they do see the light of day after a long while of production, they never disappoint as they would always pack something interesting with it too. In the line of Axon smartphones, the next one in line is the ZTE Axon Max 2 and we can now see what specs it carries as shown on the GFX Bench listing.
Being the runner up to the model we saw last year, this version also retains the 6 inches of screen as we have witnessed on the last model and this one would also run 1080p screen resolution. The chipset has however been changed and it now uses the QUALCOMM snapdragon 625 chipset and with this one, it is still able to manage video recording in 4K resolutions with the aid of the back camera unit that is set at 13MP. Surprisingly and interestingly for us, the front camera also has 13MP and it can do video in 4K likewise.
Storage won’t be a problem on this one because it would have 64GB with its 4GB of RAM and while we have no info as to whether or not there would be provision for storage expansion, we think that this would be sufficient in the case that there is no micro SD card slot too. Running the Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box, this would be using ZTE’s MiFavor skin.
