Vivo and Oppo Hits The Highest Mobile Growth
So the idea was true, the Smartphone device market is stagnating across globe. According IDC’s latest report, total of 334.9 million devices were shipped globally in last quarter, equivalent to 0.2 percent increase from 334.3 million in Q1 2015.
We have seen that Apple witnessed its first sales drop ever since nine years of continues surge. However, Samsung believed to dominate market space. The research report claims Samsung shipped more than combined data of Huawei and Apple.
The report shows how two popular Smartphone makers Lenovo and Xiaomi slipped from its old positions, and was now erased from the top 5 Smartphone brands. They are now replaced by Oppo and Vivo both a Chinese vendor.
Outside China, many brands virtually unknown and they are now growing rapidly aw what Chinese vendors did, for them to gain entry into the mature markets such as United States and even the Western Europe. If they have aspirations of catching the top manufacturers Apple and Samsung at top.
Huawei proven it can sell premium devices increasingly in China, Huawei already recognized as premium brand, but now going toe to toe on its build quality with the premium devices coming out like Nexus 6P.
