Vivo X6 Certified by 3C in China
Vivo has gone silent for a while now up until recently when the smartphone producers released teasers of their upcoming flagship device with one of the teasers explicitly stating 16th of December as the official launch date of the device. The teased flagship device named Vivo X6 is expected to feature 4GB of RAM and comes with a fingerprint scanner available on the Black, Gold, Grey, Pink and Silver colour options.
The smartphone, Vivo X6 appeared on 3C certification in China. Shockingly, not one but two variants of the upcoming device got certified, the devices, Vivo X6A and X6L. Keeping in mind that there were rumours that the Vivo X6 might spot the Force Touch technology, it’s is quite believable now as one of the variants is expected to feature the technology while the other doesn’t setting the basic baseline for difference between both variants. With this, it is also possible that the smartphone company might release both devices to be of different screen sizes
The Vivo X6 was originally rumoured to be powered by the 64-bit deca-core MediaTek’s Helio X20 MT6797 chipset running on the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with a 5-inch or 5.5-inch display screen (seeing as the device is to come in two variants, it’s possible there’s one of each). The smartphone is expected to be metal clad and come pre-installed with functions such as the Vivo FunTouch UI which will be layered on the Android OS.
Vivo X6 (X6A and X6L) is expected to be launched officially in about a month’s time when the rumours will be confirmed or denied.
