Xiaomi trims down the price of Mi 5 units in India
The Xiaomi Mi 5 has been on the market for a while now and it has been doing well for the company financially but now, they have decided to drop the price on this smartphone a little so that you would also be able to own one without having to dip your hands too far down your pockets. Not that this is not a deal offer of some sorts but a permanent cut in price so you have all the time in the world to read this post to the end without worrying about running out of stock to buy from.
The 32GB model is the only one of the device available to the Indian market and initially being sold at a price of INR 24,999 ($372), you can now get a unit of this device running the same memory variant in the Asian country for just INR 22,999 ($342)
Representing a price cut of INR 2000, this phone has been in the market since the month of April and even though the standard 32GB edition is the only one that has been seen in the Indian market, it is still a good device irrespective of its slightly under clocked QUALCOMM snapdragon 820 chipset.
It is worthy of note that at the initial price, it was still a good buy or its price and now, the deal is even better.
