Meet One Plus 2 and Xiaomi Mi 4 killer, the ZUK Z1
While going on sale in China few weeks ago at $280 per unit, the ZUK Z1 will reportedly pack a price tag of $330 when it hits the international market this October.
For those asking whether the Z1 is worth its salt, keep in mind that this 5.5-inch 1080p machine is beefed with a fast-charging 4,100mAh battery while retaining a compact design of 155.7 x 77.3 x 8.9 mm dimensions and 175 grams weight.
The smartphone is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz while booting on CyanogenMod 12.1, a UI based on the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system. The device keeps a 64GB in-built disk for storage and 3GB of RAM to adequately run apps and operations.
ZUK Z1 comes with a 13-megapixel autofocus camera unit, complete with optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash as well as a front-facing 5-megapixel secondary camera.
For connectivity, the Z1 packs support for LTE, microUSB v3.0 with a microUSB type-C connector, Bluetooth 4.1, dual nano SIM slot, fingerprint, compass, accelerometer, gyro and proximity sensors.
