A day, a Galaxy: Samsung Galaxy Star Advance will soon be revealed
Samsung’s notoriety in crowding the market with similarly spec’d and similar-looking phones is quickly hurting their reputation and their sales figures yet the South Koreans doesn’t seem to want to do anything about it.
A few weeks ago, five midrange and entry-level Samsung smartphones were unveiled within a span of 12 hours. The phones included the Samsung Galaxy Star 2 , Galaxy Young 2, Galaxy Ace 4, Galaxy Core II and the Galaxy S5 mini.
Today, we got wind of another Samsung Galaxy phone that will break cover before the end of this month. The Samsung Galaxy Star Advance is the new phone.
Now, normally, you will imagine that the ‘Advance’ will sport similar specs as the Galaxy Star 2 but it does not. The Samsung Galaxy Star Advance SM-G130H is reportedly having a 4.3-inch display with WVGA res, 512MB of RAM, 4GB expandable internal storage, a 1800mAh battery and finally, the will be powered by Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
The rest of the specs includes an FM Radio, dual SIM slot, a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and aplastic body that measures 130.2 x 67.9 x 9.8 mm and tips the scale at 138 grams.
A report in India states that the Galaxy Star Advance will first land in India and will be sold at 7,299 rupees (about $120).
