According to new analyses, there might not be a Mate 9 Pro afterall
Huawei didn’t take advantage of the event at IFA 2016 to unleash the new beats that they would have carry their own flags for the next year running and for this, we expected that they were loaning another launch at a much later date for each of the smartphones that they would be calling flagship again.
After a while, we started to hear of the Mate 9 which is supposed to carry enough specs to last some generations and shortly after that, there were leaks and even renders of another one that would have the same kind of curved screen technology that Samsung uses which is supposed to be called the Mate 9 Pro.
While it looks and sounds very logical that we get this kind of device for real, there has been another report out of China to suggest that we have been dealing and operating in the realm of hearsay all along. In the words of Sun Changxu, an analyst that knows his trade when it comes to the smartphone market, is to be believed, then we should kill all of the hopes of ever see a curved variant to the Mate 9.
For sure, the 3rd of November still remains the date when all of these would either be confirmed or debunked so why not wait till then?
