Alcatel introduces the Idol 4 and POP 7 LTE tablet into Canadian markets
In rather unsurprising news, Alcatel has made the announcement that they would be getting both of the Idol 4 and POP 7 LTE tablet available for purchase in the Canadian market and having been reported last week already, there is not much to be excited about again.
In this region, you would be able to get yourself a unit on a contract plan that offers you as low as $0 initial value and drags out for two years or just buy it outright for $299.99. On the other hand, the Pop 7 LTE tablet would retail for around $149.99 or on contract, require a down payment of $0 and further instalments of $6.25.
As per specs, both devices are similar in the sense that they both run on the Marshmallow 6.0.1 out of the box and for the Idol 4, there is a further octa core processor from QUALCOMM running underground while beautifying its back with a 13MP camera unit and making use of a secondary 8MP shooter on the front. It also pairs 2GB of RAM to an internal storage space of 16GB which can be expanded up to 128GB with the aid of a card slot.
The Pop 7 LTE on the other hand offers lesser specs with the 7 inch screen such as 1GB of RAM with 8GB of internal storage space which is expandable up till 32GB, a rear camera of 5MO and a front snapper of 2MP.
