Alleged live image of Google Pixel 2 surfaces online
Ahead of the official launch of the upcoming Google Pixel 2 and the Pixel XL 2, there have been several rumors regarding what to expect on the upcoming Google flagship devices, the tech company had also hinted that it might be bringing an upgraded chipset, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 SoC on the device
However, ahead of the official launch of both smartphones scheduled for October 5, an alleged live image of the Pixel 2 has surfaced online.
Recall that the smartphone had already passed the FCC certification and is reported to be produced by Taiwanese tech company, HTC.
9to5 Google in tbe recent image which was obtained from a reliable source revealed that the Google Pixel 2 is made from aluminum and has the upper one-third of it’s back panel covered in glass
The front side of the smartphone is black and features a single camera setup on the top left corner of the back panel along with LED flash light.
The design suggests the Google Pixel 2 will come with water and dustproof capabitliy and will most likely come packing as much as 64GB of onboard storage memory size. For the processor, Qualcomm recently hinted that there won’t be a Snapdragon 836 SoC so the 835 is much expected to come with the device.
The pixel 2 will come featuring a 4.9-inch display and will most likely lack the 3.5mm audio jack.
