Amazon Fire Phone steps into UK and Germany September 30
Buoyed by the slow response by demand to their first-ever smartphone in the United States, Amazon is shipping the “3D smartphone” to external markets sans Germany and UK come the 30th of this month.
The phone is available exclusively on AT&T in the US and in the United Kingdom, the Amazon Fire Phone will be also be sold exclusively on but on UK’s 02 network operator while Germans will have to purchase the device on a contract with Deutsche Telekom.
For the books, Amazon’s Fire Phone features a 4.7″ HD IPS touchscreen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 cipset, 2GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB non-expandable storage, 13MP/2MP camera setup and a non-removable 2400mAh Li-Po battery.
