Apple Watch to match current Android smartwatches in specs
Apple has announced their Watch smart wearable but who knows what’s inside that piece of beauty? The Cupertino, California, tech giant has made it a tradition to not reveal specs of their devices even after they are released, example is the Apple iPhone 6 and it’s phablet brother.
According to a report from sources who have come in contact with the Apple Watch — which has an “early 2015” release date, the smartwatch is packing 512MB of RAM and a 4GB storage inside — this perfectly matches the stereotypes of Android-powered LG G Watch R. and Motorola’s Moto 360 as well as the Samsung Gear Solo which is powered by Tizen. OS.
However, our source was quick to add that the iOS smartwatch may ship out an 8GB storage variant, which certainly blows all other smartwatches out of water with the superior storage. While we await the Apple Watch and it’s “early 2015” release, let’s remember the smartwatch will be sold at a mind-boggling $350 (a watch?).
