ASUS launches two variants of the Zenfone 3 Max in India
ASUS has some kind of love for their Zenfone 3 family and having developed the series in such a way that it can cater to nearly all markets and customers with the various offering of screen sizes, processors, RAM and every other specs and as well, for different pockets. For this reason, it is easy for them to just take one or all of the series and take them to a new region for launch as we have just seen on the Zenfone 3 Max which they have just launched in India now.
For this particular launch, ZTE has introduced two variants of this device with the first one carrying 5.2 inches of screen and the other using a 5.5 inch display instead.
Looking at the bigger model, it has a further 3GB of RAM with 32GB internal storage space under the 1080p screen and on the back is a 16MP camera that is paired to the 8MP shooter on the front. Supporting dual SIM and fingerprint technology, it would draw power from a 4100mAh unit and sell for INR 17,999 ($270).
On the other hand, we have the 5.2 inch variant that also has 3GB of RAM and an internal storage space of 32GB likewise. It differs with its camera being a 13MP unit on the back, 5MP unit up front and still uses the same 4100mAh battery while supporting dual SIM and fingerprint sensors too. In all, this one sells for INR 12,999 ($195)
