ASUS lines up three variants for Zenfone 3 release
ASUS is still catering for a lot of markets and phone users with its Zenfone line-up and currently, the manufacturer is looking to release three other devices to line-up with the already existing Zenfone family. The three soon to be released phones would be the Zenfone 3 series made into three other variants of specifications to meet the needs of different markets.
According to rumours which have an iota of truth attached to them, the three variants would be named the Zenfone 3 (standard version), the Zenfone 3 deluxe and the Zenfone 3 ultra. Unlike many other smartphone variants, these ones are expected to hit the market at the same time to allow for different users choose what they love the most.
Expected in the Taiwanese market on the 12th of July, other markets are expected to also get their own supplies just a few days after. The three have some similarities in them, all of them coming with the Android 6 Marshmallow, sporting a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor under the hood and having fingerprint scanners attached to them.
If that does not excite you enough, the Zenfone 3 would be coming out of the box with a ready adreno 506 GPU, 5.5 inch of screen and 4GB of RAM. The back panel is beautified with a 16MP camera coupled with an 8MP shooter up front. Available in sapphire black, shimmer gold and moonlight white colours, it would be going on sale for $249.
The deluxe version runs on the adreno 530, 6GB of RAM and has a back camera of 23MP, with the front retaining its 8MP as from the standard version. At 5.7 inches, this one would set you back some $499
Climbing up the ladder from the standard but not above the deluxe is the ultra, priced at $479 and having adreno 510 GPU, 4GB of RAM and stays the largest of the series with its massive 6.8 inches of screen. The camera specs remain the same as seen on the deluxe.
