ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser goes on sale in India
ASUS was most recently named the most profitable brand in Taiwanese state and this smartphone brand is out to show us that this wasn’t a fluke. With its most successful ASUS ZenFone series, ASUS has released a new installment to the recently released ASUS ZenFone 2 and this one has been named the ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser.
The ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser comes as a sort of budget smartphone for the mid-tier users and was released in Japan some months ago. It however seems that ASUS wants to extend their reach with this one as the phone is now set for an Indian debut.
This device comes with some impressive stuffs on its spec sheet, handling a 5.5 inch of screen well and running with a 3GB of RAM under the hood. There’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Chipset in use and an Adreno 405 GPU system also. Coming with 16GB of Internal memory, this device also packs a 13MP rear camera and an impressive front shooter of 5MP. The camera uses a laser technology for its focus and hence the name tag, Laser.
With a 3000mAh battery and sporting a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 technology alongside some impressive Android Lollipop-based ZenUI on board, it promises to be a bargain at the Indian market price (offered by FlipKart) of Rs. 13,999, offering the black, red and white colour options.
