AT&T rolls out updates to the Samsung Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Galaxy Note 5
There is a new update that is being rolled out by AT&T right now and this one is going to a select few Samsung smartphones – the Samsung Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5. For each of the smartphones, the build numbers that the update carries are respectively G920AUCU4DPH5, G920AUCU3CPHA and N920AUCU3CPHA.
Asides from the normal bug fixes and performance improvements that comes with these kind of updates, this one also brings with it other advanced features such as the newly launched Wi-Fi calling feature from AT&T and Advanced Messaging.
For the update on the S6 Edge+ and Galaxy Note 5, there is the addition of the security update for the month of September also and although the S6 Edge units under this carrier aren’t getting this same update yet, we expect that this should change in the next couple of days as they can’t just be left out of the whole equation.
For those that have the lucky units, stand by to start receiving your notifications.
